One of the applications of the “Termanik Tech” induction high-temperature boilers is the heating of reactors in chemical and petrochemical industries. The equipment allows to heat up substance in reactor to a temperature of 200-220°C / 390-430°F in strict adherence to required heating mode.

The usage of reactors in the pharmaceutical, chemical, pulp and paper and other industries is widespread. Providing the necessary thermal balance of the reactor is the most important task because it influences the quality of final product.

The applying of inductive-conductive “Termanik” boilers allows to perform the specified heating mode in a wide temperature range – from 30 to 200°C / 85-390°F (and even more in some cases), this being said the heating process and heat transfer meet the highest requirements for safety and efficiency.
Induction boilers allow to stop using the steam as a heat-carrying agent that could significantly increase the safety of the heating process, increase the durability of the elements of the heat engineering piping and fully automate the process, making it several times more economical and efficient.

As a heat carrier in a system with an induction boiler, various liquid heat carriers are used – water, ethylene-glycol mixes, high temperature fluids (HTF) and oils. In many cases, the use of autonomous inductive-conductive boilers is more profitable than the use of steam systems and other types of heating.
